Privacy
This website does not use marketing cookies, and the process form does not send data to the server: it prepares a message in your own email application.
What information do we process?
If you contact us by email, we process the name, email address, company name, process description, and any other information you voluntarily include. The process form does not transmit this information to a Kriside server: after completion, it prepares a message in your own email application.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your enquiry, clarify your needs, and — if requested — take steps towards a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in handling enquiries in an orderly and secure way.
Retention and recipients
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to conclude the enquiry, support an engagement that is formed, or handle legal claims. Access is limited to people who need it for the task and to hosting and email providers to the extent necessary to operate those services. We do not sell the information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Technical logs
When the website is served securely and reliably, hosting logs may contain an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser identifier, and response status. The purpose is information security and troubleshooting, based on the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention is determined by the hosting environment’s current security and logging configuration.
Cookies and automated decisions
The site currently uses no analytics, profiling, or advertising cookies. Contact does not involve automated decision-making or profiling. If this changes, we will update this notice and, where required, the consent experience before the new processing begins.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, erasure, or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and request data portability where applicable. Send a request to info@kriside.hu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
